THE ART OF MOUTH- BLOWN GLASS  

Building on our Cosin concept, we are committed to seeking out ancestral know-how to create our designs! Through our “Dome” vase, we wish to highlight the art of mouth-blown glass. 

A closer look at exceptional expertise:  

Using a blowpipe, the glassblower detaches a ball of molten glass and applies color by rolling it in powders. Once tinted, he coats the glass ball with tiny grains, giving the "Dome" vase its mottled appearance. He then introduces air into the blowpipe to inflate the glass ball, which is then trapped in a special mold created for the Dome vase. Finally, he covers the Dome with a second layer of glass, sealing the color between two transparent layers.
