We operate on a pre-order system for most of our products. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the production times of our partner artisans. Delivery times are indicated on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner will contact you by email on the day of delivery to notify you of their arrival. Standard delivery will be made to your front door/ground floor of your building.

You can submit your claim by email, attaching photos, within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will exchange or refund the product.

You have 14 calendar days to return the product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Incomplete, damaged, or defective returned products will not be refunded.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.
