An organic and airy sculpture

We envisioned this candle holder as an organic and ethereal sculpture, referencing the gesture of a pastry chef applying ganache to enhance a cake. Because yes, at Cosin, we love to celebrate the French art of living.

Ceramics, an ancestral craft

Ganache was born thanks to a collaboration with one of the best ceramic workshops in Coimbra. Portugal was the obvious choice for its exceptional expertise, passed down through generations. From pouring to finishing, it takes two days to make a ganache.
